Official giveaway rules/Disclaimer for the Boat and RV Giveaway:
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Sponsors and eligibility:
- Sponsors: The giveaway is sponsored by The Abernathy Agency with its principal place of business at 801 NW 16th, Oklahoma City, OK 73106. UkanCamp LLC located at 4201 SW 29th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73119 and Toon’s Pontoon, Tritoon and Fishing Boat sales, service and parts located at 14040 Joel McDonald Dr Suite A, Oklahoma City, OK 73134.
- Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of Oklahoma, who are 21 years of age or older, at the time of entry. Employees of The Abernathy Agency, UkanCamp LLC and Toons Pontoon, Tritoon and Fishing Boat sales, service and parts, its sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Agreement to rules:
By participating, the entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and represents that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, the entrant agrees to accept the decisions of The Abernathy Agency as final and binding.
3. Entry period:
Entries will be accepted starting on Friday January 16th, 2026, at 11:00am Central Standard Time and ending on Sunday February 15th, 2026, at 4:00pm Central Standard Time. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will be disqualified.
4. How to enter:
Pick up an official discount coupon/entry form at any ON-CUE Convenience Store after December 25th 2025, fill it out and drop it off in the lobby of The Bennett Event Center 3101 Gordon Cooper Blvd at the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds during the OKC Boat and RV Show on January 16th 2026, from 11a-8p, January 17th 2026, from 10a-8p and January 18th 2026, from 10a-5p or in the lobby of the Expo Building at 920 SW Sheridan Rd, Lawton, OK 73505 at the Comanche County Fairgrounds during the Lawton RV and Boat Show on February 13th 2026, from 2p-7p, February 14th 2026, from 10am-8pm and February 15th 2026, from 12pm-5pm during the show hours. No admission is necessary to enter the contest.
- Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): In compliance with sweepstakes law, there is no-purchase method of entry. Pick up an entry form/discount coupon at any OKC metro area On Cue convenience store or go to OKCBOATANDRVSHOW.COM or LAWTONRVANDBOATSHOW.COM and you can print a free registration form to be turned in at either the OKC show or Lawton show during the show hours listed above.
- Limit: Only one entry per person will be accepted during the entry period. The use of multiple identities or devices to enter is prohibited and entry will be disqualified.
5. Prize description:
- One winner will receive a 2025 22-foot Tahoe Tritoon Boat, valued at forty-two thousand two hundred and thirty-three dollars and thirteen cents ($42,233.13) from Toons Pontoon, Tritoon and Fishing Boat sales, service and parts located at 14040 Joel McDonald Dr Suite A, Oklahoma City, OK 73134 and a 2025 UkanCampLR58 Touring Trailer valued at Eleven Thousand one hundred and fifteen dollars ($11,115.00)
- Retail Value: Total retail value of these prizes is fifty-three thousand three hundred and forty-eight dollars and thirteen cents $53,348.13
- Non-transferable: The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except at the sponsor’s discretion.
- Taxes: Any and all prize-related expenses, including any federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize value is over $600, the winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize and will need to complete a W-9 form.
6. Winner selection and notification:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of The Abernathy Agency. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone within 2 days following the winner’s selection after the shows are completed on February 15th, 2026.
7. Winner notification and prize claim:
The winner must claim the prize within 14 business days of notification. The Abernathy Agency is not responsible for the winner’s failure to receive the notification due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other factors. If the winner fails to claim the prize within the specified time, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Rights granted by the entrant:
By entering, participants grant The Abernathy Agency permission to use their entry, name, likeness, voice and statements about the giveaway for promotional purposes.
9. Terms and conditions:
The Abernathy Agency reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the giveaway or disqualify participants who break the rules or act fraudulently.
10. Limitation of liability:
Participants agree to release The Abernathy Agency and its sponsors UkanCamp LLC and Toons Pontoon, Tritoon and Fishing Boat sales, service and parts and associated parties from any liability or damages related to participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
11. Disputes:
Any disagreements about the giveaway will be handled in arbitration in the State of Oklahoma. Court in Oklahoma County.

13. Winner’s list:
To get the winner’s name or a copy of the rules, send a request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to The Abernathy Agency, 801 NW 16th, Oklahoma City 73106 by Monday February 16, 2026.
